Do you recognise this man? | Lincolnshire Police

We would like to talk to him to see if he can assist our investigation into a theft in Spalding. 

On December 10 at 4.15pm, a man entered Mobile Master in Market Place, Spalding. He enquired about buying and selling a phone and while a shop worker distracted, he stole one he was being shown and fled the shop. The staff member chased him into the street, where the suspect pushed him twice, causing him to fall, and grabbed him by the collar of his top, before running away. 

We would like to talk to the man pictured to see if he can help us with our investigation.
